A Skyscraper for the Birds?

An 82-story tower called Aqua, designed by architect Jeanne Gang, is still being built in Chicago, but has already received a “Proggy” from PETA for the use of materials that will help minimize bird strikes.  The Chicago Tribune’s Cityscapes has the story.
