Bush still gunning for wolves

When will they go away? Not soon enough for the endangered wolves of the Rockies apparently, as the Bush admin launches another attempt to remove their protection under the ESA. The Center for Biological Diversity is trying to stop these lame-ducks - please sign the petition at http://salsa.democracyinaction.org and send them a second clear message in as many weeks…

  3. Charlie, thanks for bringing this to my attention. With so many things going on these days it is difficult to keep up sometimes. I have long been a wolf advocate and I have sent this to my entire email list. I hope it does some good.

    Oh, and don’t worry too much. We should soon see an about face for our environment with our newly elected president and a more conservation oriented congress.
