Of course, it’s another indication of the administration’s half-assed approached to everything. Why manage habitat, train dogs, scout areas, get up early, walk miles, and especially accept the possibility of failure when you can discharge a shotgun into a penned flock of lobotomized partridges? It’s the perfect outing for the man who wants to appear tough and outdoorsy without actually accepting responsibility for anything that entails.
