Foxy

wow!

I see you, heh, on down on the scene.
I spotted a fox on the side of the road.
she was a curious fox.

Foxy
You make me wanna get up and scream.

I nailed the brakes and put the car in reverse.
zoomed

Foxy
Ah, baby listen now,
I rolled down the window and when she seemed hesitant, I talked in soothing tones.
I’ll just sit and stare for awhile.

I’ve made up my mind,
Actually, I went back and forth between binoculars and camera.
I’m tired of wasting all my precious time,
No, I could have sat and watched her all day.
You’ve got to be all mine, all mine.
Just seeing her was enough…she’s her own fox.
Foxy lady
bye foxy!

Apologies to the late, great, Jimi Hendrix.

  1. I love seeing a fox-I could watch them all day too-I remember watching one prance across a 10 acre field right up to our cabin with its tail up the whole time-clever use of a Jimi Hendrix song!

  2. I genuinely don’t think I will ever fully recover from reading this post. Hot fox, though.

  3. that is an amazing shot of the fox! it seems so docile during his little photo shoot. oh and i heard jimi hendrix rolling on his grave. haha
