A great article on what all those acres of parking really cost.  If only the money put into parking spaces and highways were put into mass transit…

  2. Or if some of the money was reserved for demolishing the parkinglots/roads and restoring the habitats once fossil energy runs out, people will not have cars anymore and roads/parkinglots will be useless…
