Hong Kong - one of the world’s most polluted cities?

Two years ago I wrote a post on my old blog in which I gave Hong Kong’s air quality a bit of a hammering - much to the irritation of an HK resident who mailed to say I was exaggerating. I wonder how he’ll feel when he reads this new report which says that “One in five HK residents is considering leaving the city because of its dire air quality”? Probably like someone with a chest and lungs full of smog……
