No, I’m not talking about Valentine’s Day but rather the approach of the Great Backyard Bird Count, that special time of year where we’re all invited to gaze adoringly at the denizens of our yards and record their precious antics. You are also invited to cast a vote for your Most Beloved Backyard Bird and possibly win a free copy of the the new Audubon Backyard Birdwatch for your trouble.
