Red-tail in Union Square

While birding Jones Beach this past Saturday I got a couple of text messages from my friend Pam about a juvenile Red-tailed Hawk in Union Square Park that had attracted quite a few onlookers and a photographer. Turns out the superb pictures are on the Pale Male web page. It’s a small world…
