Tri-coloured Blackbird “mega-colony” saved

Great news on Birdlife’s website that a huge breeding colony of 80,000 Tri-coloured Blackbirds in California has been saved thanks to an agreement between Audubon California and a farmer on whose land the birds are nesting. It’s a great story with important conservation issues - and it’s at Birdlife.org.
