Another clip from The Big Year. Is anyone else looking forward to 14 October?

It seemed like they were going for a “Hitchhiker’s Guide” style voice-over there, but it never really meshed. Still, a better clip than the trailer.
Great clip! I can’t wait.
Trying to keep an open mind…trying to keep an open mind…
This trailer looks especially good. I’m surprised, though, that they actually mention Sandy Komito’s name, and got his tally wrong. His record was 745, not less than 732. They originally skewed the numbers and changed the names for whatever legal reasons movie studios do these things. Maybe at this late date somebody forgot what the real numbers were.
@steve siegel: I wonder if it isn’t referring to the big year he did before the one made famous in the book?
The trailer says the movie version was in 2003, Komito’s famous Big Year was in 1998.
@steve seigel: I don’t want to get into a back and forth over minutiae here but the famous big year is what is being portrayed (fictionalized) in the movie. They move it to 2003. That clip only makes sense if they are talking about his previous big year attempt because otherwise what could the movie be about if the famous big year had already happened?
