Anyway, these are, as my sadly unclever title implies, my favorite unused pics from my trip to California back in January. Simply put, I birded too much there and this is the result: a bunch of pictures without a blog post to call home until now. Poor me.  And even more poor me that Charlie went and got better pictures of some of these birds and got them posted before I did.  Now that’s just not fair…
