Owls, being nocturnal, sometimes don’t appear their best when they are spotted during the day. In fact, it sometimes looks as if the owl has been out all night having a good time. Such is the premise of Hungover Owls (they drop the f bomb on occasion so if you are a kid, well, close your eyes or something).
