Just resurfacing now in Chicagoland …
Went to the game today and I can attest that the gulls were a noticeable presence. They sit atop the roof like they’re sunning themselves on the beach. Didn’t bother me as much as the chill wind did, though.
@Nate: I’ll see your quip and raise you a nearly hopeless Mets team. Yep, 2012 is our year!
@Corey: The one good thing about rooting for the Cubbies is that when the Mets come to town next month, I’ll be guaranteed that, either way, a team I like will win. 🙂
