Categorize that headline as one I never expected to write. Vladimir Putin, president of Russia, took time out from persecuting Pussy Riot and otherwise being a strongman, to pilot an ultralight aircraft leading a flock of cranes on their migration.
Of course, he compared the cranes left behind to his political opponents, calling them “weak.”

I know both here in the UK and you guys in the USA we both speak English but sometimes things tend to get mis-translated. In this post it’s the word “weak”. I’ve just checked the Dictionary and it list the following for the word weak:”person scared of an insignificant, no talent all female punk band, who if had been left alone would’ve faded into obscurity..or YOU TUBE”.
Is it the same meaning Stateside?

Perhaps as Yakov Smirnoff would put it, “In Soviet Russia, the cranes fly *you*!”
