March is ending which means you’d better get your fun in before April showers begin! Will you be birding this weekend? Let us know what you’ve got planned in the comments below!
I just realized that with the first quarter of 2009 almost in the bag, I still haven’t been to Montezuma NWR. Maybe I can change that this weekend. Corey will be birding upstate and hoping that the Tufted Duck located on the Hudson River in the Town of Esopus stays put until Friday. Charlie will be putting blogging before birding, which is no wonder considering how much we’ve got planned for the next two months.
Wherever you are this weekend, make time to enjoy SkyWatch Friday…
Keep your eyes out for raptors like this Amur Falcon Charlie spotted in South Africa
April showers seem to be starting awfully early this year.
Visiting your blog is always a pleasure, thanks for sharing.
Have a great weekend!

What a marvelous capture here!
You get showers in April? Oh no it’s one of the nicest months.
Oh no April showers, hope not. The only birds I get to enjoy are the ones from my backyard and my own baby Matthew as he starts to sing, lol. Hopefully this year I will be able to get out more, and I am so glad that my boy likes outside, and at 10 1/2 months he can actually spot birds on the sky when I point, lol. Never mind he also listens too the songs. May be all this birding during pragenency is paying off now, lol. Anna 🙂
PS Mike thanks for visiting my blog, appreciated.
ooh la la, wonderful bird flying through that blue sky!
Nice inflight shot!
