Where Are You Birding This Second Weekend of July 2008?

It’s hot out there, at least on my side of the Earth. Don’t let high temperatures keep you indoors! If you can brave the heat, you’re bound to see something beautiful. So where are you going birding this weekend? Comment below on the excitement you have planned!

I’ll be ogling avifauna at Ocean City, Maryland. This is my first visit there but I’ve heard rave reviews. Corey expects to be visiting Jamaica Bay, which is probably where he’ll be most of the summer! Charlie, fresh off his monster anniversary edition of I and the Bird will be tasking a well-deserved rest in an air-conditioned hotel room in Washington DC… assuming some rarity doesn’t show up on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
