Wouldn’t you love to enjoy birding and sunset at Lake Apopka?
This is the time of year when many of us in the Northern Hemisphere have to come to grips with two pressing questions:
1. What am I going to do now that spring migration is over?
2. What am I going to do now that my kids (grandkids, neighbors’ kids, etc.) are getting out of school?!
Here’s hoping you find the answers…
Besides seeking wisdom at the bottom of a bottle, I’m going to try to rouse the troops for a visit to somewhere naturally beautiful this weekend. Corey will undoubtedly continue his endless streak of prize bird sightings in the NYC area. How about you? Where will you be this weekend and will you be birding? Share your plans in the comments below.
Whatever your plans this weekend, make time to enjoy SkyWatch Friday. Also be sure to come back Monday to share your best bird of the weekend!
I will enjoy birding and guiding in middle elevation forest at the San Luis canopy near San Ramon, Costa Rica.
