Where Are You Birding This Third Weekend of October 2010?

In the middle of October, most of us in the Northern Hemisphere are enjoying the turning of the leaves and onset of full fall weather. How quickly that can turn to frost in my neck of the woods! Still, pumpkins are on the vine and birds on the wing… what more could you want? How are you going to spend this weekend and will you be birding? Share your plans in the comments below.

Corey and I will be reunited for some fabulous (I hope) fall NYC birding this weekend. Poor Charlie won’t be there, so I’m sure he’ll be holed up in his “podding” shed laying down some tracks for Talking Naturally.
